Hypno-Yoga is a concept that combines two powerful healing techniques. With attributes of both yoga and hypnotherapy, the result is a completely new healing modality that is highly effective. How does it work?

In this practice, we associate positive statements and feelings with body movements. This helps to clear old associations, feelings, triggers and beliefs. And as the false subconscious beliefs are let go, the body releases the associated toxins.

Breath is life. Therefore, in this practice, we use the breath as our guide. In addition to providing guidance, the breath is also a powerful detoxification mechanism. Proper breathing is often overlooked as a detox method, but done properly, it can be very effective and even life-changing.

Additionally, we us mindfulness. In mindfulness we maintain our focus on postures, breath and words, rather than thoughts. As a result, we train our mind to let those thoughts move by. Thoughts can keep our brain tied to the old neural pathways. Hypno-yoga frees the mind. It, therefore, allows new, healthier, neural pathways to from in our brain. 

In effect, the practice allows for body, mind and emotional improvements!
