Physical health and diet are an extremely important part of our mind, body, spirit trio. Our bodies operate best under optimal physical
conditions. Many times when people come to hypnotherapy, their diet and physicality is not what they want it to be. This can happen because food or other substances are being used to alleviate and/or stuff down feelings. Also, maintaining false subconscious beliefs can create so many triggers, that it is difficult to focus on anything else. Energy is often depleted through anxiety and fight or flight responses. These responses focus on past and future events instead of the present. Regardless of the reason, many people want guidance to alter their eating habits and their physical habits in a way that complements their new-found healthy belief system.
I have been studying food, toxins, eating, exercise, and physical environment issues such as EMF’s and how they affect the body, for approximately 18 years now. My son and I developed health issues in his early years. His was a case of eczema, and mine was severe weight loss, combined with various other symptoms. Conventional doctors offered relief for the symptoms, but no real solutions for the causes. In fact, doctors repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with me.
My own health journey provided an incredible amount of information regarding physical health and diet. What we put into our bodies is paramount to what we get out of them. The journey I began then has not stopped. My family has been eating natural and healthy for over 18 years. I believe every body has its own specific protocol, and that in order to find our own, we must listen to our body. I am available for guidance in this area.
