Insomnia, or inability to go to sleep or stay asleep, can be due to many reasons, most stemming from subconscious issues. It is often not an easy task to “turn off the mind,” in today’s stressful society. Triggers relating to past traumatic events can cause a sort of loop in the mind and emotions. When the sympathetic nervous system gets going, sleep may not come easily.
As previously stated, programming does open up the subconscious and help offer relief for this condition. Although it may lead to a permanent fix, it is often times temporary. Permanent relief comes with the clearing of the initial sensitizing event in hypnotherapy. Also, as stated previously, the programming words used in the recording are general and will help most people.
