Reclaim Your Energy: Choose What It Builds

Your energy is always building something, so isn’t now a good time to reclaim your energy?

It may be building your peace, creativity, confidence, business, relationships, or future. It may also be building an arrangement that drains you, a connection that does not reciprocate, or a possibility that never becomes real.

This is why reclaiming your energy is more than walking away from what depleted you. True reclamation begins when you consciously choose where your attention, emotion, imagination, and life force will go next.

Energy Is Creative Currency

Energy is not only something we feel. It is also something we invest.

Every repeated thought, emotional loop, act of hope, and unfinished attachment directs energy somewhere. Over time, that energy begins to create structure.

The deeper question is not only:

Where is my energy going?

It is:

What is my energy building there?

When energy is scattered, we may feel fragmented, anxious, overextended, or pulled in too many directions. When energy is reclaimed, it becomes available for conscious creation.

You can use that returned energy to build clarity, abundance, healing, stronger boundaries, meaningful work, and a life that reflects who you truly are.

You Cannot Reach for What Is Already Yours

My audiobook You Cannot Reach for What Is Already Yours explores the shift from reaching outward to creating from what already exists within you.

Many people reach for worth, belonging, love, security, or power as though these qualities exist outside of them. They may try to earn recognition, prove value, or seek access to people and places they believe will make them feel complete.

Yet what is already yours does not require pursuit.

It requires embodiment.

When you stop reaching from absence, you begin creating from possession. Your energy returns to the truth that worth, belonging, and creative power are not rewards someone else grants. They are foundations from which you build.

The Architecture of Exploitation

My second audiobook, The Architecture of Exploitation, explores how exploitation often hides inside desirable experiences such as access, admiration, service, mentorship, romance, belonging, and opportunity.

Exploitation does not always begin by attacking weakness. Sometimes it begins by identifying strength.

A compassionate person is taught to tolerate harm.

Loyal people may be asked to remain after trust has been broken.

A generous person is praised for giving beyond proportion.

Hopeful people are given just enough possibility to keep investing.

A spiritual person is pressured to forgive without accountability.

The strength itself is not the problem. The problem begins when someone else gains authority over how that strength is used.

Reclaiming your energy means restoring your strengths to conscious choice.

Compassion includes you.

Loyalty answers to truth.

Hope responds to evidence.

Generosity remains voluntary.

Your energy belongs under your authority.

Copper Coils, Vortex Energy, and Coherence

The copper coils I create are physical symbols of movement, circulation, intention, and form.

A coil is not a straight line. It curves, gathers, turns, and organizes around a center. This reflects the nature of the vortex.

A vortex is movement around a coherent center. In nature, we see vortex patterns in water, air, weather systems, galaxies, and living forms. The body also carries spiraling patterns through breath, fluid movement, fascia, DNA, and the subtle energy system.

The vortex gives movement a center.

It gives energy a pathway.

It gives force an organized form.

When energy scatters, the mind loops, the body braces, and attention pulls in too many directions. Coherence is different. Coherence is the state in which the body, breath, heart, mind, and energy field begin working in relationship rather than opposition.

This is why the coil is such a meaningful symbol for energy reclamation.

It reflects energy returning to pattern.

And it reflects movement returning to center.

It reflects the possibility that what once felt scattered can become organized, beautiful, and consciously directed.

Gemstone-Centered Coils

The new gemstone-centered copper coils deepen this symbolism.

At the center of each coil rests a gemstone, a still point held within movement.

The copper moves around it, yet the center remains present.

This is what reclamation can feel like.

Life continues moving. Relationships, responsibilities, emotions, opportunities, and choices continue circulating around us. Yet we can remain centered inside that movement.

The gemstone becomes a visual anchor for the quality you are choosing to stabilize within your field—clarity, grounding, courage, abundance, protection, vitality, love, or conscious creation.

The coil represents movement.

Its vortex represents organized energy.

The gemstone represents the coherent center.

Together, they become a physical reminder:

Return to center.

Gather scattered energy.

Let the body remember coherence.

Choose the direction of your life force.

Reclaim Your Energy and Choose What It Builds

Your energy is not meant to remain fragmented across old stories, unfinished attachments, or places that cannot fully receive you.

It can return.

It can organize.

And it can become coherent.

It can build from the center of you.

Explore the handmade copper coil collection, including the new gemstone-centered coils, as visual anchors for intention, coherence, and consciously directed energy.

Listen to You Cannot Reach for What Is Already Yours to shift from reaching outward to creating from what is already within you.

Continue with The Architecture of Exploitation to recognize how unequal arrangements can recruit your strengths—and how you can return those same strengths to sovereign choice.

Reclaim your energy.

Return to your center.

Choose what it builds.
