Start with one situation rather than trying to solve everything at once. Listen to the recording, then work through the reflection sheet at your own pace. You can pause or return another day.
Next, spend a few moments with the visual key. Write down what you notice and choose one action that supports your core truth. Finally, use the integration card to remind yourself of that choice.
If you enjoy a personal ritual, add your own journal, candle, or copper coil. These optional items are not included in the kit.
