Returns

Returns can be made for handmade copper pieces, prints and jewelry within 30 daysof delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email me first at [tammie@empoweredbeyondbelief.com] and I’ll send return instructions.

 

Digital downloads

Because files are delivered instantly, digital art and audio recordings aren’t returnable. If a file won’t open or download, email me and I’ll fix it or refund you.

 

Personalized recordings

Custom hypnosis recordings are made for you individually and can’t be returned once recorded. If the recording doesn’t feel right, tell me what’s off and I’ll re-record it once at no charge.

 

Damaged in transit

Send me a photo within 7 days and I’ll replace or refund it. You won’t pay return shipping on a damaged piece.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

of my receiving the return.
