Yoga
Yoga is a very important part of my life. I have been practicing now for over 18 years. This practice helps to create health in body, mind and spirit. Above all, I attribute much of my health and wellness to getting on the mat daily.
Hypno-Yoga is a concept that combines two powerful healing techniques. With attributes of both yoga and hypnotherapy, the result is a completely new healing modality that is highly effective. How does it work?
