This morning, mid-kick in a simple yoga flow, I felt it again —
that clean current rising from the low belly,
from the ancient center,
from the place beneath roles and masks and history.

It wasn’t a movement from muscle.

It was a declaration from identity.

Warrior and princess in one breath.
Power and softness braided.
A strike that carried tenderness.
A release that carried sovereignty.

This is the language of polarity made physical.

And it is why I created the Torus Polarity Process —
because most people have been taught a broken story about opposites,
about “good” and “bad,”
about dark and light,
about the mind’s supposed inability to hold both.

But the truth is this:

Cognitive dissonance is not dysfunction.
Cognitive dissonance is evolution.

It is not confusion — it is the hinge on the door between who you were
and who you are becoming.

It’s not a flaw — it is a signal that your identity is expanding beyond the limits you previously called “truth.”

It is not crazy-making —
it is the breaking of the shell.

For years, the world has defined cognitive dissonance as:

“The mind cannot hold two opposing thoughts at the same time.”

But the lived reality — the deeper, spiritual, embodied truth —
is this:

You are meant to hold opposites until they alchemize.

Good and bad.
Strength and softness.
Fear and trust.
Dark and light.
Past and future.
Warrior and princess.

The discomfort people feel is not a malfunction.
>It is the pressure of expansion.
>It is the moment before breakthrough.
>It is the exact sensation of your consciousness stretching into a new dimension of understanding.

This is why polarity work matters.
>This is why neutrality matters.
>This is why the Zero Point exists.

Because the human mind was never meant to choose between opposites —
but to integrate them.

✦ The Misunderstood Third Point

Traditional duality offers two sides:

Light and dark.
Good and evil.
Right and wrong.
Trust and distrust.

But there is always a third point —
a center dimension —
a field that holds the whole paradox without splitting.

Physics, calls it the Zero Point.

Mysticism calls this the eye of the storm.

Energy work calls this the neutral field.

It is not numbness.
>It is not detachment.
>It is not apathy.

It is presence without story.

From the Zero Point, there is no inner war,
because nothing needs to be thrown out for the other to exist.

This is where integration happens.
>This is where dissonance dissolves.
>This is where the self becomes whole.

Most suffering in relationships comes from one illusion:

“People are either good or bad.”

But no one is one thing.
>People are mosaics.
>People are fractals.
>People can love you in one breath and fail you in another.
>People can be tender in the morning and unconscious by night.
>People can hold truth and shadow in the same body.

This is why trust in people is unreliable.
It is always conditional, always shifting, always human.

The only true trust — the only stable trust —
is in the Divine intelligence moving through everything.

When you stand in the Zero Point,
you no longer need the comfort of labeling someone “good” or “bad.”

You see their full spectrum with clarity.
>You hold their humanity without collapsing.
>You stop abandoning yourself to maintain the fantasy of safety.

You are free.

✦ Returning to the Body: The Yoga Moment

That kick this morning wasn’t choreography.

It was the body saying:

“I can be both.”

Both soft and sovereign.
>Both gentle and powerful.
>Both yielding and unshakeable.
>Both the woman who loves deeply
and the woman who will never shrink again.

That is the truth of polarity work —
and the inner blueprint for the Torus Polarity Process.
