Every year the beautiful autumn-colored trees whisper a message that never gets old…they remind me how to let go. Their leaves fall in quiet brilliance—no apology, no fear of emptiness.  I’ve been learning to do the same with my energy: releasing what isn’t mine, gathering what is, and standing strong and golden in my own field.

The Art of the Shedding

Falling leaves aren’t a tree’s failure; they’re the tree’s process.
Trees let go of what no longer serves their life force so the roots can rest and renew in the cold days of winter.
I find the same is true for me. When I release attachments to others’ moods, expectations, or projections, I’m not becoming cold—I’m preparing for growth, conserving my energy, and making space for what is to come.
